Return Policy

At ToneCart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tonecart.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
